#1 – 300 million euros in revenues by year-end
Despite a challenging economic context and a surge in inflation, LittleBig Connection has continued its development and increased its turnover from 200 to 300 million euros, thus recording an annual growth rate of 50%.
#2 – Over 30 new corporate accounts
We now have 280 significant clients from all business sectors, including Decathlon, Amadeus, Bouygues Telecom, Carrefour and Forvia, who trust us to manage the procurement of their third-party services. Thanks to our involvement, these large companies can collaborate with independent experts more efficiently than ever.
#3 – A presence in 40 countries
2022 was the year that saw our international expansion take off. Today, clients and contractors operate in at least 40 countries. France, Italy, the UK, Poland, India, Singapore, the Philippines, Chile, Brazil, Colombia… there’s no doubt we’re now operating worldwide.
#4 – Almost 50 new LittleBiggers
Strong growth means more recruitment. Once again, LittleBig Connection’s teams have been expanding worldwide, from Paris to Barcelona, from Montreal to Ho Chi Minh City. Our payroll is getting closer to the 300-people mark, and we will continue recruiting in 2023! All our available positions can be found on our Welcome to the Jungle page.
#5 – The deployment of our platform takes, on average, three months
Our platform dedicated to managing intellectual service procurement, LittleBig Rise, continued to evolve in 2022. The continuous improvement of our implementation processes allowed us to carry out complex assignments to ever shorter deadlines while still letting us offer a customized platform to our client’s needs.
#6 – Over 50,000 new consultants join the community.
Finding the right expert for our customers’ projects at the right time and place has always been challenging with LittleBig Connection. Our community of independent consultants now numbers 400,000 profiles, mainly in IT, but also for the first time in 2022, offering skills related to sustainable transitioning using our scheme Connect for Good.
#7 – 15 events dedicated to freelancers
Freelancers are more and more in demand within large companies. Therefore, we’re focusing more and more on organizing and participating in freelance, physical and online events to create a committed community. After works in Lyon, Lille, Paris, and Niort, a series of power breakfasts live on Twitch, partnership events, participation in trade shows…In 2022 we multiplied the formats and locations to unite and consolidate our community.
#8 – An average duration of 13 months for our projects
On average, freelance contracts and projects set up using the LittleBig Connection platform last a little over a year. These are lengthy projects of considerable importance, often at the heart of the innovatory evolutions of our significant clients.
#9 – A new brand image
The world of work has changed dramatically in recent years, and so has LittleBig Connection. A rebranding was called to update our image to what we’ve now become: stronger, more mature, and more accessible. Consequently, we’ve done a thorough job of (re)defining our values, company mission and offers and have unveiled our new identity.
#10 – More than 40 citations of LittleBig Connection in the media
We are proud to have participated in significant debates on freelancing, the procurement of intellectual services or sustainable transitioning during the year. We’ve been able to share our vision, and highlight LittleBig Connection’s mission through, for example, the publication of our review Les grands groupes qui font rêver les freelances, our white paper Transition durable: les expertises à développer pour transformer son enterprise in partnership with AXA Climate, plus the writing of numerous articles in Décision Achats, Les Echos Solutions or Décideurs Magazine, and the participation of our management team in several podcasts.
So, after such an eventful 2022 at LittleBig Connection, what can we expect for 2023? Yet further expansion, a more substantial commitment to sustainable transitioning, new initiatives for our freelance community, and more support for our customers on their Big projects.
